I have a big project recently in English class. It's about the freedom of the water. So I decided to work with scott. We plan to do some posters about the disadvantages of bottled water and advise people abandon drinking bottled water. If they support our project they can sign their name at the bottom of the posters. I decided to research about how to motivate people to make changes. I think it's the key to if the project will succeed.
I'm excited. Because I can learn a new important skill and actually can help some people to change in a good way! It's a meaningful project I think.
Scott - What a great way to see if you are affecting change by having people sign their name at the bottom of the poster! I never thought of that. Brilliant! That way, they are making a statement for themselves while also letting others know where they stand. Wonderful. Can you think of any way for this to spread to the parents of the students? I wonder if you could make little pledge cards for them to sign also, and for them to take home to their parents, along with perhaps a little flyer talking about why bottled water is not the best choice. Yes, this is getting exciting for sure!
