Nowadays, as the development of technology, more and more people use E-mail and messages to replace writing. But you may not realize that how important the writing is. Actually, writing relates to most of the professions.
For example, being an architect is always my ideal professions. It seems that you don't need to have great writing skills to be a success architect. In fact, they relates to each other tighter than you think. Have a great handwriting can give your employers a very good impression. A person who has strong writing skills often let others think he/she is a trustable, reliable and carefully person. The power of writing is strong. A good architect should be both creative and carefully.
Why don't you spend some time practicing writing. It's really helpful to your profession career.
Shawn - you are so correct about writing being a good skill for an architect! There have been times in my recent past where I had to describe what I wanted done in the building of my house through writing, rather than through drawing or speaking. I actually love architecture and was able to design my own house. What kind of things do you plan on designing some day? What interests you the most?
